CAPAct has been designed as a tool to be used side-by-side with LEAP to fulfill requirements related to nonconformities. It is intended to be a simple tool that is intuitive for everyone who uses it.
The purpose of this system is to allow users to identify and investigate quality issues, implement appropriate and effective corrective and/or preventative actions, and prevent recurrence through the collection and analysis of information.
